With over five decades of experience, Anant Raj Limited has become a leader in the Delhi NCR real estate sector. Since our inception in 1969, we’ve been dedicated to delivering top-quality Residential and Commercial projects, transforming the region’s urban landscape. Our journey began as DDA contractors for major government bodies, including DDA, MES, PWD, and CPWD, from 1969 to 1990 cementing our reputation as one of the most reliable and experienced players in the industry. with nearly 30,000 homes across prominent locations such as Rohini, East of Kailash, Sheikh Sarai, Madangir, Katwaria Sarai, and the iconic Asiad Village to name a few.

Building on its strong foundation in construction, the Company ventured into development of commercial spaces in prime areas of Delhi. In 1978, the first property was leased, and it remains part of the Company's ownership to this day. The strength of Anant Raj Limited lies in its steadfast policy of not selling any of its commercial properties, a practice it continues to uphold. Today, the Company boasts almost 5 million sq. ft. of leasable space, much of which is operational, across some of the prime locations in Delhi & NCR.

Over time, Anant Raj Limited has grown to become one of the largest real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR region, with an extensive portfolio that spans almost all verticals of real estate and beyond.
