He established the Company from scratch, adhering to orthodox and clean principles, devoid of any litigation. Today, we take pride in being litigation-free, a rarity in the real estate sector. Under his visionary leadership, Anant Raj has flourished into one of India’s prominent real estate developers.

FY 2023-24 has been a year of unprecedented achievements, marking a significant milestone in our legacy of over fifty years of excellence. We surpassed the ₹ 1,500 Crore revenue mark and recorded a Profit after Tax of ₹ 265.93 Crore – the highest in the past 15 years, demonstrating our robust financial health and operational efficiency.
